In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect in that jurisdiction, and a determination of invalidity or unenforceability in one jurisdiction shall not affect the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy in any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Use and CPAC Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to the Website. No prior or current agreements or communications between the parties will have any effect as part of this agreement or as a separate continuing agreement.
